Louisville Kentucky
Kentucky is located in the south-central region of the United States. Louisville, the largest city in Kentucky, is located on the Ohio River near the Falls of the Ohio. It is about a 5-hour drive south-east of Chicago and a 2 & ½ hour drive north of Nashville. Louisville and the surrounding region are known for Bourbon and horse racing. Downtown Louisville has several excellent restaurants and a number of interesting, and unusual, museums and attractions.

Conference Venue
The meeting will be held in the Clinical and Translation Research (CTR) Building on the Health Sciences Campus of the University of Louisville: 505 S Hancock St, Louisville, KY 40202.
Hotel Accomodations
A block of rooms at the Hampton Inn Louisville Downtown has been reserved for July 27, 2017 – July 30, 2017. The special room rate, $139/night (before tax), will be available until June 30th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. The hotel provides a complimentary airport shuttle and is within walking distance to the meeting site (0.7 miles) and downtown restaurants.

Louisville “International” Airport: SDF
The Louisville International Airport (SDF) is close to downtown and less than 8 miles from the hotel. Larger nearby airports include: Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG) 112 miles, Indianapolis International Airport (IND) 129 miles, and Nashville International Airport (BNA) 177 miles.
Transportation
The conference hotel has a free shuttle that travels to and from the airport and to other sites within an 8 block radius of the hotel. It operates between the hours of 7 am and 11 pm.
