Meeting
Since this will be a low cost scientific meeting we will use our facilities at Linköping University Campus Valla (3 km from the city centre).

Travelling
Linköping is easy to reach via Linköping City Airport, with daily flights to/from Amsterdam (KLM) and Copenhagen (SAS).
The alternative is traveling to Stockholm, Arlanda International Airport and further on with direct train to Linköping central station (about 2 hours).
Bus in Linköping
Linköping has a public bus network. The closest bus stops to building Vallfarten (where the meeting is taking place), Campus Valla, Linköping University are named “Vallfarten” and “Mäster Mattias väg”. There are several taxi stands in the city centre and next to the central station. For a taxi ride from Linköping City Airport to the city centre or the University you may expect a fare between 200-300 SEK.

Weather in Linköping

Languages
Oral presentations and posters will be in English.
In addition to Swedish, you may expect that most people have at least basic knowledge in English.
Currency
The Swedish currency unit is Swedish Kronor (SEK). You can exchange foreign currency in the Forex currency exchange company (address: Storgatan 32, in the city centre). There are numerous cash machines (ATMs) open around the clock and accepting all major credit cards. Major credit cards, in particular Visa, Eurocard and Mastercard are widely accepted almost everywhere (in hotels, restaurants, shops, taxis, cafeterias, bars, etc.).
